Preliminary Ideas

Preliminary ideas for this are as follows -

Rugby - Will be travelling to a local Rugy club known as the Old Elthamians.
A simple shot of one or more of the players holding a rugby ball. Possibly some still life shots of a rugby ball/boots. Easy access and open to the public, permission required from the site and players.

Motorsport - Off Roading Challenges - Strong landscapes, mud, many photography opportunities.
Cars competeing, still shots against landscapes, drivers, parts list is large. Relatively easy access, permission only required if taking driver portraits.

Ballet - Local Ballet club which a friend of mine attends. Many opertunities though getting some photographs of dancers may be difficult, especially if setting up lighting.

Running - Many people I know are keen joggers and runners, some of which have competed in track events/competitions. Images could consist of motion shots, trainer close ups, portraits against their running track.

Cycling/BMX - Cycling is a common hobby that many undertake though many who cycle own BMX bikes for doing tricks and stunts. This could create a decent set of interesting images that would keep in the tone of Sport England.

Iron Man Competition - When looking into various competitions I found a particularly difficult and challanging competition which conisits of a swim, cycle and marathon. I managed to find one person competeing in it and is happy for me to photograph him.

Snowboarding - While there is not much actual snowboarding withing the UK there are many dry slopes/fake slopes where professionals and amateurs alike practice and hone their skills. I thought this could be interesting and slighly unique.

Brazilian jujitsu - Again another interesting and slightly unique sport, in which I have some easy access to within a local Dojo aswell as a member of the Dojo to photograph.

Thai Boxing - Something I have access to which should provide a good collection of images. Portraits of Boxers, close ups of gloves, sparing in the ring.
